Land sales and land allocation

 

 

Vital step to acquire land in Ondangwa

 

Step 1. Council identify which land to developed and in which direction as per the structure planpolicy

Step 2. Council approved land owners to start the process consultation with the (Omahangu field) owners with regard to land compensation. In the same vein consult the Ministry of Land to evaluate the process and renter assistance.      

Step 3. Once the fields’ owners have been compensate and have move or incorporate within the layout map. Council will services such land and it commercial viable.

Step 4. Council than make the land available for the market 

Step 5. People get informed about the plots

Step 6. Applicants visit the area or visit the relevant office to identify the plots of their choice

Step 7. Applicant apply for the plot of his/her choice

Step 8. Council approve or disapprove the application

Step 9. Submission to the ministry for consent

Step 10. Land is allocated to the applicant for period of 90 days to make payments

Step 11. Conveyance deed of sale signature

Step 12. Conformation of payment

Step 13. Issuing of clearance certificate by Council

Step 14. Deed of registration and issuing of deed of transfer

Step 15. You are now a legal owner of your property
